Guests will be treated to a four course tasting menu showcasing Aussie lamb, a Q&A with Aussie Lambassador, Francisco Martinez.
There will also be a butchery demonstration to showcase techniques and innovative menu ideas so chefs can make the most Australian lamb's quality and versatility.
