Meat Masterclass with Chefs' Forum (Parlour)

Invited industry guests will be treated to a Meat Masterclass with the finest Aussie Beef and Lamb. In association with The Chefs' Forum, experts will demonstrate butchery techniques and innovative menu ideas so chefs can make the most Australian beef and lamb's quality and versatility.
