Invited industry guests will be treated to a Meat Masterclass with the finest Aussie Beef & Lamb at Heliot Steakhouse. Aussie Beef Mate and Heliot Steakhouse Executive Chef, Ioannis Grammenos, will lead a demonstration in preparing high quality Australian beef and lamb for innovative menu dishes. The event is held in conjunction with The Chefs' Forum and is by invitation only.
